I began my educational journey at American University's Kogod School of Business on a full academic Presidential Scholarship, securing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing and joining the Alpha Kappa Psi Business Fraternity.

My educational path continued with an MPA in Health Management and Policy from New York University's Wagner Graduate School of Public Service, complemented by certifications in Marketing Strategy, Executive Leadership, and Project Management from respected institutions. I also received a fellowship to study toward a Master’s of Science in Nonprofit Management at Columbia University School of Professional Studies.

Throughout my career, I have created compelling narratives and strategic initiatives across various platforms, particularly in the nonprofit sector. I excel in blending creativity with strategic insight, directing a variety of internal and external communications initiatives to an array of audiences. I have more than 20 years of experience overseeing internal and external marketing and communications projects across multiple channels, producing reports, brochures, website and social content, slide decks, videos, newsletters, conference/event displays and signage, logos, infographics, and more.

As a leader, I prioritize creating a consistent and cohesive brand identity across all marketing channels, including public relations, digital marketing, and event planning. I am hands-on with content creation and possess expertise in using creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and more.

Outside of work, I have a passion for travel that has taken me to more than 25 countries. Also, my interest in visual and performing arts, Pilates, and interior design help me maintain my equilibrium and fuel my creativity in various aspects of life.
